GUIDE MATCH acts solely as an independent online marketplace and networking platform facilitating communication and professional matching.

4. Eligibility and User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering or communicating through the platform.

5. User Conduct

• Users may not submit false or misleading information.
• Users may not engage in fraudulent conduct.
• Users may not interfere with platform operations or security.

6. Guide Profiles and Professional Listings

Independent professionals remain solely responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, licenses and compliance.

7. Bookings and Communications

The platform may facilitate inquiries and booking-related discussions between users.

8. Payments

Payments, commissions and refunds may be governed by separate agreements or Payment Terms.

9. Independent Contractor Relationship

All professionals connected through the platform operate as independent contractors.

10. Reviews and User Content

Users may submit reviews, comments or other content through the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

The GUIDE MATCH branding and platform materials constitute protected intellectual property.

12. Platform Availability

GUIDE MATCH does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

GUIDE MATCH shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, disputes or indirect damages.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union regulations.
